THE PRIZE
One 2009 Ford Mustang Convertible
ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all 2008 Grocery Innovations Canada registered Full Delegate Canadian Grocery Retailers. Names will be entered automatically when full delegate registration is received with payment. Names will also be entered by draw or achievement at specified events.
To be eligible to be a semi- finalist you must:

Be one of Five names drawn Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Grocery Innovations Canada ‘08 |

Be one of Four names drawn Monday, October 27, 2008 at Grocery Innovations Canada ‘08 |
| V. |
Be one of Two names drawn at Grocery Showcase West 2008 |
| VI. |
Have your name drawn at a CFIG sponsored 200 Golf Tournament or event. |
| VII. |
Be in attendance if and when your name is drawn |
| VIII. |
Be 19 years of age or older |
To be eligible as a winner you must be:

In attendance if and when the winner is decided. |
Semi-finalists who are chosen from all eligible entries will receive a key fob with a CFIG identification number. On Monday evening, October 27, 2008 at Grocery Innovations Canada semi -finalists will exchange their key fob for a car key when their key fob number is drawn. The holder of the car key, which starts the 2009 Ford Mustang Convertible, wins the car.
CONDITIONS
The 2009 Ford Mustang Convertible may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.
Winning semi-finalist cannot transfer their key fob to another individual.
Semi-finalists will receive their numbered key fob at the discretion of CFIG
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to allowing CFIG to use video, audio, photo and print material involving the winner for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
The winner agrees to hold CFIG employees, directors, members and their promotional partners and sponsors harmless against claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest.
The winner is responsible for having or obtaining a valid drivers license and must pay vehicle insurance and all costs related to having the car legally road worthy.
All CFIG decisions with regards to awarding the prize and selection of the semi finalists, the winner and the interpretation of the rules shall be final.
All rules are subject to change without notice.
CFIG reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time.
Contest is not open to current CFIG Board Members and their immediate families. |
